Activity Report
| In accordance with Art. 124 (4) FMIA, the Takeover Board reports to the FINMA, on its activities once a year. For this purpose, the Takeover Board compiles an activity report which is adopted by the plenary board (Art. 3 (2)(c) R-TOB). It publishes the activity report, following its approval by the FINMA, on its website in German and French. |
